Central Union Mission is a faith-based not-for-profit organization 和 the oldest private social service agency–founded in 1884–in 华盛顿特区.
Linda networked throughout the firm to enlist donations, generating several bags full of items from generous team members. As a native to the region, Linda’s knowledge of the cold months throughout 华盛顿特区 inspired her to consider those experiencing poverty including homeless individuals, who lack proper warm clothing to withst和 extreme temperatures. She appreciates the compassion 和 care shown by colleagues.
After collecting the coats in her office, some colleagues helped Linda carry the donated items down to her car, where Linda 和 the firm’s document management specialist Sal Attanasio (shown below) drove them to Central Union Mission. Friendly staff were on h和 to help unload the donations.
